Available Positions: Advocate
An Advocate at the Children’s Advocacy Center of Benton County strives to reduce systemic trauma to children and their families by building relationships, identifying needs and seeking community resources and support. This position works alongside investigative partner agencies as part of a multidisciplinary team in child abuse investigations and advocates for what is in the best interest of the child, first and foremost. Along with serving the children and families, the Advocate educates, through professional communication and actions, other agencies or institutions towards a better understanding and treatment of trauma, child maltreatment and the impact on the child and family.
Two positions are currently open. Bilingual skill in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
